Dave Hodge – Assistant Coach and Aspiring Triathlete

Dave comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry.

As a triathlete himself, he has had fantastic results in recent years, qualifying as an age grouper to the world championships in Hamburg in late 2007, and shortly upon return was crowned the Australian Defence Force Triathlon Champion.

Dave has been upon many podiums over the past few years including 3rd in the well known Mooloolaba Triathlon in 2007.

As a Registered Nurse, Dave is constantly interacting with other professionals and people from all walks of life. His dedicated and caring attitude transcends to all of his coaching commitments.

Dave completed his Level 1 Triathlon Accreditation in June 2007, and as assistant coach is always there to offer his expertise on how to improve in all three disciplines.

Dave’s short term goals include International Professional Competition, gaining selection in the 2009 “Young Gun Tour” and to qualify for the Under 23 Elite World Championships.

While he strives to achieve his goals, he will be dedicated to helping you achieve yours!
